Corner Stone Restaurant

I really enjoyed this restaurant. It had a nice hometown feel to it. The food and service was very good. Jackie did a good job and my coffee cup never went empty. I will definitely be back.

Awesome little spot to grab breakfast. Their early bird special can't be beat! Our family of 4 gets 4 full plates plus coffee and juice for under $40. Surprisingly their coffee is very good, even the decaf which I find to be usually terrible at other diner-like places. Friendly and efficient service in a comfortable throwback sort of atmosphere. This has become our go-to breakfast place on the way to Tahoe from the Bay Area.

This is a great cozy place. Food was great, decent prices and big portions! Service was excellent, fast and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Never had to ask for refills. We ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs and the potato platter with eggs. The gravy on the fried chicken steak is flavorful, we'll season and it has sausage in it. I've had other gravies that were so bland and gross at other places. The potato platter has big pieces of bacon, ham, onions, and bell peppers, very hearty and delicious. Will definitely be back to try other dishes. I don't give 4 or 5 stars easily but this place deserved it!

The breakfast was SO yummy! The people sitting next to us got served and when I looked at it I was sold. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the dish but it had a little bit of everything. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the gravy was delectable…it just all tasted delicious. Service was amazing, everyone so attentive. My only issue was my 5 year old wanted oat meal but it only comes as a huge adult sized portion and she didn’t need all that. I was thinking maybe charge me for a side of something and give her a small bowl of oatmeal, sometimes you have to pivot, even as a restaurant.

Excellent experience ‼ First time there based on friends recommendation. Clean, quite, welcoming. Food was great. Had the Peach waffles special with sausage eggs and bacon. Totally yum! Great service. Very kind people. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking around back. ???? Looking forward to lunch there someday. Highly recommend.

Food was perfection!! Service was extremely great. Loved atmosphere and everything ! Prices were very low. Portions were very large. So yummy!! I'm sad I live three hours away!

Nice little mom and pop style breakfast diner that was very friendly(had like 3 servers always making sure we had topped off waters, etc.) food was pretty dang good and definitely filling. Definitely agree with the other ratings, this place is great!

Found this nice restaurant this morning called Corner Stone Restaurant on San Juan Ave., Citrus Heights. Grits grits grits...made to perfection. The potatoes were nicely cooked for a taste to remember, along with everything else. Benito the chef knows how to do it and Liz the waitress was friendly with a side of funny. I definitely recommend this restaurant's breakfast. Try the grits, y'all.
